Jubilee Health Centre
NHS Jubilee Health Centre in Wallington, Sutton is a busy, modern health facility designed around the needs of local people.
The Centre provides patients with access to a wide range of health services offered by local NHS providers.
Clinics operate at different times, please check your appointment letter or contact your healthcare provider for information about your appointment. Jubilee Health Centre also has an information desk which can be reached on 020 3458 5733.

Jubilee Health Centre opening times
The Jubilee Health Centre comprises of two buildings – Jubilee East and Jubilee West.
The Jubilee Health Centre West is open Monday to Friday, and located Shotfield Wallington Surrey SM6 0HY.
The Jubilee Health Centre East is open Monday to Saturday, and located 6 Stanley Park Road Wallington Surrey SM6 OEX.
Finding your way round the Jubilee Health Centre
The main reception area for Jubilee health Centre West is on the ground floor. You will see an Information Desk and two GP Reception Desks. There is a large waiting area and self-service ‘check-in’ screens (for GP appointments only). There are other reception desks and waiting areas on the first and second floors of the building. In Jubilee Health Centre East, the reception desk for CAMHS is on the Ground Floor, IAPT reception is on the first floor and adult mental health services is on the second floor.
If you are not sure where to go for your appointment, please ask for help from the staff at the Information Desk on the ground floor or the reception staff at the other reception desks in the building.
How to get to the NHS Jubilee Health Centre
NHS Jubilee Health Centre is easily accessible by bus from Sutton, St Helier Hospital, Morden, Tooting, Mitcham, Crystal Palace, Coulsdon, Croydon and Purley.
The 151 and 410 buses stop right outside the entrance to the Health Centre. The 127, 154, 157, 455, 463 and S4 buses stop at Stanley Park Road or Woodcote Road. Please see the map for more details.
Wallington rail station is approximately 500 metres from the Centre. There are frequent train services to and from London (Victoria and, at peak times only, London Bridge), Clapham Junction, Sutton and West Croydon.

There are disabled parking spaces and a patient drop-off point outside the Shotfield entrance. This is controlled by a barrier. There is no other parking at the Centre. Pay and display car parks are located nearby on Shotfield, by Wallington Library and behind Wallington Hall on Woodcote Road.
Secure bicycle and motorcycle parking is located to the left of the entrance on Shotfield. Travel information ‘Real time’ information on local train and bus times is displayed in the Ground Floor Reception, Jubilee West.
