Every year Sutton CCG reviews some of its commissioned services through consultation and engagement with providers; patients; service users; members of the voluntary sector and the public.
At a public engagement event participants will jointly decide whether these services being reviewed are: underdeveloped, developing, achieving or excellent in terms of equality and diversity. Feedback from the event will ensure improvements are made to the services where required.
This year the CCG is focussing on 2 services:
- Community Intermediate Diabetes (Tier 3) Service
- Interpreting and Translation Service within Primary Care
We will be holding an event on Thursday, 9 May from 10am - 12pm at St Bede's Conference Centre, St Raphael’s Hospice, London Road, North Cheam, SM3 9DX (please see flyer for more details).
We would like to reach out to diabetic patients and to those individuals and\or carers who need to access primary care services (eg GP appointments) in a way that ensures their preferred language (including British Sign Language and communication needs) are met via our interpreting and translation service.
To book your place, please see the flyer indicating which service you would like to help review at the event and ensure you complete page two of the form before 20 April. Please call Sutton CCG offices on 0203 668 1200 or email Christine.firstname.lastname@example.org
look forward to welcoming you at the event.
